Terms and Conditions
1. General Entry Policy
When you make a booking at Random-World, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Random-World is a trading name of Random World Limited.

"Staff" or "Member of Staff" refers to any person employed or involved in Random-World.

Random-World reserves the right to deny admission to any person whom a member of staff feels may behave in a manner that would adversely affect the enjoyment of other participants.

Participants must follow the instructions given to them by a member of staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without a refund.

Failure to follow instructions and/or unsafe play could lead to persons being asked to leave the premises, with no refund given.

The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited within Random-World premises unless available for a specific/special event. Random-World reserves the right to deny admission to anyone they believe may be under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
2. Age Restrictions & Supervision

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. The adult is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of the child.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) after 6pm. The adult is responsible for the behaviour and conduct of the child.

Children aged 14 - 17 (16-17 after 6pm) may be unaccompanied provided they have permission from their parent/guardian to attend unaccompanied and are responsible to manage and care for themselves for the duration of their visit.

Staff members are not responsible for supervising children, and we do not offer childcare services.
3. Food & Drink Policy

Food and drinks may only be consumed in the designated "Park" area of Random-World or external areas (if open).

No stoves, heat sources or the cooking of food is permitted anywhere in the building.

No food or drink is to be consumed in any of the play areas/exhibits.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
-
Visitors must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.
-
Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund.
-
Damage to equipment or property, whether intentional or due to negligence, may incur a charge for repairs or replacement.
-
Participants must not act in a manner that could cause themselves, other customers, members of the public, or staff injury, or could cause damage to property or the fabric of the building.
5. Photography & Data Protection

Photography (still and video) is encouraged within all areas of Random-World except toilet areas. However, we kindly ask you to avoid taking photographs of other customers where possible.

Random-World may take promotional photos or videos within the premises. If you do not wish to be included, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

Personal data provided at booking is handled in accordance with GDPR regulations.
6. Bookings & Cancellations
-
Booking slots are ONLY confirmed once full payment has been received.
-
Booking slots may be changed without charge at any point EXCEPT within 24 hours of the booking.
-
Persons with booked tickets who fail to arrive for their booking will forfeit the cost of the booking (no refund will be offered).

Bookings may be cancelled and a refund given (minus any booking fees per booking and/or an admin fee of 10% of ticket value) at any point EXCEPT within 24 hours of the booking slot. Cancellations made WITHIN 24 hours of the start of your booking will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event your booking slot cannot take place and Random-World cancels your booking, you may choose either to receive a full refund or to have your booking changed to another available time slot.

Some exhibits, games, activities, and facilities available at the time you make a booking/purchase a ticket might not be available on the day of your booking due to maintenance or modifications. We do not guarantee availability of any exhibit, game, activity, or facility.

Members may purchase tickets for other valid members.
- Only persons who are valid members at the time of entry may use a members' ticket- full price will be charged for non-members.
- Some Special Events may not be covered by Members' Tickets.
7. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are on sale at the discretion of Random-World and no guarantee is made about their availability.

Gift vouchers (without a booking time/date) may be purchased and redeemed via our website and booking site.
-
Gift vouchers are valid for TWO calendar years from the date they are sent to you.
-
Gift vouchers MUST be booked and the booking must take place BEFORE they expire.
-
Gift vouchers that have expired will not be refunded.
-
Gift vouchers may be cancelled within 30 days from the date of purchase and a full refund given. Gift vouchers cannot be refunded after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Once a booking has been made using the gift voucher, the gift voucher becomes invalid and the ‘Booking’ Terms and Conditions (above) will apply.

The unique code on the Gift Voucher will be required to book a time slot.
-
Exhibits, games, activities, and facilities available at the time of purchasing a Gift Voucher may not be available for the entire validity period as we occasionally make changes to Random-World.
-
Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase any item for sale inside Random-World.
8. Payment Policy

Payments are made to Random Worlds Limited and all prices listed are in BRITISH POUNDS (GBP).
-
Payment may be made by credit/debit cards as accepted by "Payyo" at the time of booking. Invoiced payment via Bank Transfer is allowed if pre-arranged and at the discretion of Random-World.
-
Advanced ticket sales must be made through "DigiTickets," our website's booking system (which uses Payyo to handle the transaction), except when agreed in advance by Random World Limited.

Refunds will be paid back to the original payment method or via Bank Transfer or Cheque at the discretion of Random-World minus any booking fees.
-
Payments may show on statements as 'Random W Ltd', 'Random-World', 'Random Worlds Limited', or 'Random Worlds Ltd.' or similar.

VAT receipts/invoices available upon request. Please email VAT@randomworlds.co.uk.
9. Health & Safety

Certain activities may have specific safety rules, which must be followed at all times.
-
Visitors participate at their own risk. While we take all reasonable precautions, Random-World is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow safety guidelines.

Guests must report any safety concerns to staff immediately.
-
Guests with medical conditions should consult their doctor before participating in physical activities.
10. Access & Inclusion

Participants are strongly advised to read our ACCESS STATEMENT prior to making a booking or purchasing a gift voucher.
11. Complaints & Feedback

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Random-World reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website or at reception.
By entering Random-World, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
